AI operations, installed
Productized engagements
Defined scope · Defined timeline · Defined price

Every business will adopt AI.
The question is what kind of business you become on the other side.

Evo Launch installs the AI operations small and mid-sized companies need to evolve through this era — configured to your business, deployed in weeks, built on the same philosophy that runs through every Evo engagement.

01— The shift

The same philosophy. Sized to your business.

Evo Solutions builds bespoke agentic infrastructure for executive practices and complex businesses — engagements measured in quarters, configured around the people who already make a firm distinctive.

Most small and mid-sized companies don't need bespoke architecture. They need working AI operations — installed, integrated with the tools the business already runs on, and shaped to the way the business actually works.

Launch is not a budget tier. It is the same thesis, the same method, productized: defined scope, defined timeline, defined price. The work is sized to the business — not the other way around.

Private

Launch

Defined installs, fixed scope, concrete deliverables.

That's Launch.

02— What we install

What we install

Three productized engagements. Defined scope, defined timeline, defined price. The work is sized to the business — not the other way around.

i. Engagement

Practice Growth System

A configured client & pipeline operating layer for advisory and professional-services firms.

We install a working operations layer over the firm's existing CRM, calendar, and document tools. It learns how partners triage, follow up, and write — then handles the mechanical surface of the practice without flattening anyone's voice.

Installed

  • Configured pipeline & cadence agent
  • Voice-trained correspondence drafting
  • Meeting capture, summary, and routing
  • Onboarding for the team and a 30-day review
Timeline
6 — 8 weeks

Starts at $48,000

Best fit: 10 – 60 person advisory, legal, wealth, or specialist firms.

ii. Engagement

Operations Install

A focused diagnostic and installation across one operating function — sales, support, or back-office.

We pick one function, study how it actually runs, and install AI where it removes drag — not where it sounds impressive in a deck. Smaller than the Growth System, sharper in scope. Often the right starting point.

Installed

  • One operating-function diagnostic
  • Two to four configured agentic workflows
  • Integration with the team's existing stack
  • Live handoff and a 60-day support window
Timeline
4 — 6 weeks

Starts at $24,000

Best fit: companies that want to install AI in one place, well, before scaling further.

iii. Engagement

Voice & Document System

A trained writing layer that produces the firm's correspondence, proposals, and reports in its own voice.

Most generic AI writing collapses every firm into the same prose. We train a configured system on the firm's actual library — past proposals, memos, and correspondence — so what the team ships still sounds like the team.

Installed

  • Voice-trained drafting model on firm corpus
  • Proposal, memo, and report templates
  • Editor-in-the-loop review pattern
  • Style guide artifact for the team
Timeline
2 — 4 weeks

Starts at $14,000

Best fit: firms whose work is read — proposals, briefs, advisory letters, owner-led correspondence.

When the business is more complex.

Some engagements call for bespoke architecture, custom data work, and ongoing stewardship rather than a productized install. That work is held by Evo Private. See Evo Private

03— How it works

How it works

Same method, four phases, every engagement.

i

Diagnose

We study how the business actually runs — not how it ought to.

ii

Configure

We shape the install to the firm's voice, judgment, and workflow.

iii

Deploy

The system goes live with the team — quietly, alongside daily work.

iv

Support

A defined window of tuning, training, and review after handoff.

Handoff packet Diagnosis memo System map Live workflows Exit document
i — Diagnose

Two weeks. We sit with the team, map the operating surface, and identify the work where AI removes friction without flattening judgment. Output is a written diagnosis the firm keeps regardless of whether we proceed.

ii — Configure

We shape the install against what we found in diagnosis: the firm's voice corpus, review patterns, decision rights, and the tools already on the desk. Configuration is bespoke even when the engagement is productized.

iii — Deploy

The system goes live alongside daily work. Phased over one to two weeks. The team stays in their existing tools; the install runs underneath.

iv — Support

30 to 60 days of structured support after handoff: tuning, training, written reviews, and a clean exit document so the team owns what we built. We do not stay forever.

04— Who this is for

Two columns. Read both.

Intake dossier Suitability / constraints

This is for you ifi   suited

  • You run a small or mid-sized firm — 10 to 250 people — where the work depends on judgment, not throughput.
  • You want AI installed where it removes drag, not assembled into a slide on the future of your industry.
  • You care that the work coming out of your firm still sounds like your firm a year from now.
  • You want a defined scope, a defined timeline, and a defined price — not an open-ended retainer.

This isn't for you ifii   not suited

  • You want AI as a marketing line. We install operating systems, not announcements.
  • You need bespoke architecture, deep custom data work, or ongoing stewardship. That work belongs at Evo Private.
  • You expect to plug a productized SaaS tool in and have it learn your firm. We build operations; we are not a software vendor.
  • You are looking for the cheapest possible engagement. Launch is sized to the work it replaces, not to a budget tier.

05— Questions

Questions, answered in full.

i

How is Launch different from Evo Private?

Same firm, same philosophy, different shape of engagement. Private is bespoke architecture for executive practices and complex businesses, measured in quarters. Launch is productized AI operations for small and mid-sized companies — defined scope, defined timeline, defined price. Most firms that come to us belong in Launch. A few belong in Private. The diagnosis tells us which.

ii

How long does an engagement take?

Two to twelve weeks, depending on the engagement. Voice & Document is the shortest, at two to four weeks. Operations Install runs four to six. Practice Growth System runs six to eight, occasionally extending to twelve when the firm's stack is unusually layered. Diagnosis happens up front; nobody is surprised by the timeline.

iii

Do we have to switch tools?

No. We install over what the team already runs on — CRM, calendar, email, document tools, ticketing, whatever is already on the desk. Switching tools is a separate decision the firm should make on its own merits, not because of an AI install.

iv

What happens to our data?

It stays the firm's. We work inside the firm's existing accounts and storage; we do not retain copies after handoff. Engagements are governed by a written agreement covering confidentiality, data handling, and the artifacts the firm keeps when the engagement ends.

v

What does support look like after handoff?

A defined window — 30 to 60 days, depending on the engagement — covering tuning, team training, and written reviews. After that the firm owns the install and the documentation. Some firms re-engage us for a second install later; we do not stay on as a permanent vendor.

vi

Are prices final?

Starting prices are real. The final number is fixed in the diagnostic phase, before any build work begins, and does not change once agreed. We do not work hourly. We do not surprise.

vii

What's the first step?

A 30-minute fit call. We listen to how the firm runs, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly whether Launch, Private, or neither is the right shape. If we proceed, the diagnostic begins within two weeks of the call.

06— Begin

Begin.

A 30-minute fit call. Bring the work the firm actually does; we'll bring questions worth answering. If the diagnosis says Launch is the wrong shape, we'll say so on the call.
